Ring of Independent Digits
A magic ring looted from the intelligent Grabbler in the Grey Vale Cave (Session 24), where it had been buried inside the grabbler's "brain" of folded hands. It lets the wearer move each finger independently of the others (thumbs excepted) — the GM's verdict, "truly horrific." Fenric's magic-hunter sight believes this is how the grabbler assembled parts of its own body: bending fingers into pseudo-eyes to see, or into a "brain" to think. Identified and taken by Fenric.
