Laku

An islander Atollian (human upper half, fish lower half) aboard The Expedition Ship,
returning home to fight. From the once-ordinary town of Amos, now walled and
fortified since the fall of Atollia's protector Hydra. Bookish and honorable —
forever face-in-a-book — and ashamed of having fled the islands while pirates and
missionaries ran riot.

Session 5

• Befriended Thalia among the ship's Atollian passengers and gave her the grim news
  from home: with the Hydra gone, pirates and marauders raid the Isles freely, and
  missionaries burn books, tear down statues, and destroy prayer sites.
• Left Thalia a standing dinner invitation ("let me walk you back to your cabin" — "I
  don't have a cabin").

Session 6

• On Thalia's Jugs delivery rounds — turns up on the parcel list (transcript
  rendered the name "Laos").
