A bird NPC who hired the party to evict squatters from his inherited manor in
Port Quaybay (Session 3). Now in hiding over tax trouble — Taximus Maximus is
hunting him for declaring only "three silver" of income while owning the ~3,000-sq-ft
manor, which is to be repossessed; Kain framed him as a tax dodger while handing over
the manor loot (destroying tax evidence is a death-penalty offence in Varia).
Still pays for courier service (double "in-hiding" fee, via Thalia).
