Warmaiden Yngraf
The dwarven "War Maiden" who guards the Northern Trading Company's longhouse-barracks in Ponterford — a stout, strawberry-blonde dwarf in a couple-thousand-gold suit of full plate beneath a snapping wolf-helm (it keeps closing over her face when she stretches), wielding a halberd-headed axe. A Baelheim northerner, she fights in snowstorms and thinks tactically (a high Intelligence). First glimpsed in Session 35 as the unnamed plate-clad warrior Lash's late-night knock roused.

Session 38 (debut, named)
- Recruited for the Guardian of the Woods hunt by gold-member Thalia ("a boring couple of months — count me in"); insists on buying her own antivenom to match the antitoxin Lash handed her, and rides in the boat-cart.
- Bonds with Liv at the Northern Trading Company over shared Nord upbringing; gets roped into the anteater bet (her spare anteater is eaten by Salamandine).
- In the dirt-cloud ambush she tries to net the loose dirt with a kited blanket to clear her sightline (it fails), then fails her venom save to the needle nova — now also racing the 3-day venom unless the party harvests the beast's venom sac.
