A handsome young lumberjack of the Ponterford mill, sought after enough that "all the girls" ask for him by name. Sweet, good-hearted, and not very bright — but warm and earnest. Thalia's date this arc. Notably, his name is genuinely "Patrick" — not a Varian spy's one-letter-off alias (per Renforth's spy "tell").

Session 35 (debut)

• Took Thalia on a woodland picnic date: a wicker basket, crudely cookie-cutter-cut sandwiches, and a giant lumberjack-print blanket the exact pattern of his own shirt.
• Asked her unusually many questions — enough that Thalia caught herself oversharing and thought "this guy would make a good spy" — but the date went well (Charisma 15 at advantage), leaving the door open for more.
