Knucklebones

A warband barbarian woman — leader of a roving band of barbaric raiders serving Laewendas, and the next target of Eldrich the Elder's campaign. She and her riders are tasked with keeping the Veilwood and Atollia borders at bay, trolloping between them and ransacking the local villages, and occupy Lambert's Crossing — the most fortifiable city in Rivalon — without using it as the fortress it was built to be. Per Eldrich, her wild-man band are "the most manipulable of all of Laewendas's servants" — undisciplined raiders who "wish to sleep under the stars," unlikely to hunker down for a siege — which is exactly why he thinks an ambush can take her.

Denying her Lambert's Crossing as a retreat is the strategic goal: should Laewendas fall back there, "one war becomes two."

(Named "Knucklebones" by the GM; joke-rendered "Knockaboom" / "Knockabum." Her menacing token was previewed at session's end — "oh, she looks cool." Confirmed female; unmet so far.)

Session 44 (named)

• Identified by Eldrich the Elder as the war leader holding Lambert's Crossing, to be toppled so the city can't shelter a retreating Laewendas.
• Her raider band keeps the Veilwood/Atollia borders pinned but can't fortify the crossing — and is judged the most manipulable of Laewendas's forces, ripe for an ambush once the party reaches her.
• Token previewed on the map at session's close as a preview of "who's going to be scaring you."

Session 49 (mentioned)

• Reconfirmed by Eldrich the Elder as the next target: a "traveling barbarian" leader operating outside Lambert's Crossing, framed as "one of Laewendas's snake generals." The plan is to use the Menagoles as a base for skirmishing movements toward her territory and then take her by ambush.
