Magnificus

One of Laewendas's named specialist agents, holed up in Laewendas's upstream cave north of Ponterford. His face is stretched and elongated — a roughly three-foot-long visage that slumps forward, Slenderman-like — and his hair branches out from his skull like tree limbs, as if he were "10% tree." He wears a long robe that doesn't cover everything, though the rest of his company is too polite to look. His tree-branching hair hints at a fey or sylvan connection (origin, curse, or ornament unknown).

(His capabilities and exact role are still unknown; the "tree-man" the party glimpsed at the tea party is named Magnificus per Laewendas's roster. Distinct from the cave's separate fire-mage Simon.)

Session 40 (debut)

• Spotted by an invisible Lash from the cave's underground river, seated at a grotesque tea party of four — alongside the Penway Hat Man, a stitched-together woman (assembled from other women, possibly a victim-tool rather than a villain), and a stone-masked figure who speaks through an unmoving crude mask.
• Resting between missions like the rest of the cave's crowd; the party logged him for the coming raid but did not engage.
