Previously On Reclaiming Orathos
The Land Boat rolls toward Ankley — and runs straight into Sir Ronald of Chapston, a jacked rooster knight with a pocket gong and a deal: spar his recruits, earn the first of three signatures to leave the Palisade. So we do! We thrash sixteen jumping-jack initiates, Draak literally hurls the whole boat onto six of them, and Thalia charms the crowd so hard she banks honor points and a courier gig: twenty-five signed headshots for the children of Chapston. New rule learned — Orathos is watching, and honor is currency.
Then Lash stares into the sun chasing Drak's egg theory, goes blind, and feels something cold and punishing slap her away. Not the Flame Queen. Something that doesn't want to be seen.
We crash into beautiful cliffside Ankley — and immediately Draak dangles a bard until he faints and soils himself. Now the whole village thinks we're bandits. Vernon Cleave takes our signet numbers; Lash refuses, treason-tier.
And Silithane's hawk is back, screaming about that spike-rock island offshore...
SUMMARY: A boat-throwing spar wins Signature 1, Lash goes blind staring at a sun that stares back, and the party earns Ankley's terror just as the hawk returns with island news.
