Billy's Mom Junior

The young child of Billy's Mom — a small, exuberant fae-animated mushroom person of the forest family living north of Ponterford. Where his mother is wary, he is all delight: when Magra waves at the warren he waves back with enormous enthusiasm, and his mother has to keep pulling his little wrists back down to her side. His mother (who doesn't grasp naming conventions) named him Billy's Mom Junior rather than "Billy." Like all his kin he is fey-touched, animated by passing fey magic rather than born of spores, and his existence in a wood under constant threat from the Ponterford sawmill's loggers underscores what the family stands to lose.
