Previously on Reclaiming Orathos

Deep in occupied Menagoles, our caster-less four — Fenric, Magra, Lash and Jex (Salamandine in tow) — finally run their patron to ground! Past a creepy, shuttered Laewendas church and through the heaving Tapped Clapper, a winking guard waves them down the toilet corridor to Eldrich the Elder's hidden war room, where the secret Doctor steps out of hiding at last. Eldrich lays out the campaign: turn the town into a strike base against the barbarian Knucklebones — and, four times over, investigate the sealed mines! The official tale blames an old orc, Vara'nak, for burning them down. Eldrich doesn't buy it. Lash remembers worse: monsters lie chained beneath the tors, and digging sets them loose.

North they march to the forbidden Middle Tor, slipping past sentries and fighting a brood of half-bird, half-beetle badeedles in dead silence — Lash even adopts one! No alarm raised, they scale the wet cliff and crest the rim... right beside one lone, miserable guard. What's really down in that mine?

SUMMARY: The party meets Eldrich, takes the charge to investigate Menagoles' sealed mines, and silently infiltrates the forbidden Middle Tor — cresting the cliff beside a lone sentry.
